Sylvie GOZARD, special adviser of the President, co-created the DEVEXPORT Group with her husband Fabien BUHLER.

Mastered in Foreign Languages (Spanish and English) in 1971, Sylvie started her career as an Embassy Attaché in the Cuban Embassy in France in 1973 and later joined an important trading group in raw materials in 1976 as a General Secretary. Sylvie created DEVEXPORT in 1985 and was its CEO up to 2010.

Sylvie speaks English and Spanish.

She is now Vice-President of the Group’s Supervisory Board.
